The company emerged from a lack identified by its founder, Ulisses Jorge, a former football player. Throughout his career, he struggled to find a team prepared to manage his professional and personal life in the most productive way possible. Therefore, it spent years preparing itself to be able to offer the main services required by its target audience (players and technicians), such as consulting, legal advice, agency and career management.
